MEDICAL

We help companies to ensure their workers are in good health. We have a group of reliable panel clinic for any medical workers.

Accommodation Management

  • House Leader

    There will also be 1 Leader who will update us from time to time on workers attendance, behavior and welfare. WhatsApp group will be your to ensure efficient communication between us and the house leader.

  • 2/7 Handyman

    We also provide our own handy man on standby 24/7 to rectify any maintenance issue occur in hostel.

  • Security

    All hostel will be install 1 unit Xiaomi CCTV and it able to monitor from smartphone. Our security team will also do spot check from time to time to ensure no any bad activities is happening at hostel.

  • Cleaning

    Cleaner will be send out once a week to clean the dormitories and ensure workers change the bedsheet once a week

  • Frequent Checkup

    Safety booth and necessary equipment will also be provided inside the hostel and our business support will visit from time to time to ensure no any problem arise. If there is any damages on the equipment, our team will replace it.

  • Medical

    Any workers sick and unfit to work, our transport team will bring them to our panel clinic for necessary treatment and if the sick is able to infect others, we will quarantine the workers in our own dormitories and replace with another staff until tis staff fit to work.

Payroll Management

  • Fingerprint Attendance

    We will provide fingerprint machine for all workers and report will be generated every 8 hours once from the smartphone. By having this, its make us more easier to monitor each staff attendance and punctuality.

  • Frequent Updates

    Our business support will keep in touch with HR team and line leader for workers update as we do have Workers progressive form checklist which we will conduct once a week and those score the least for continuous 4 times will be terminate out and replace with new workers as we prioritize on workers quality and behaviour as we want our workers to grow our client business.

  • Staff Replacement

    Time to time, our business support will ensure every workers report to work without failed and if there is any absent or MC, we will replace it with our buffer workers.

  • ATM & Wallet App

    Each staff will be given ATM card salary will be crediting to the account and they can use the ATM card for any purchases and they can use the app to transfer money to the respective country or to purchase reload and bill payment. This is to avoid them going out from the factory.

  • Continuous Training

    Will conduct workshop and training for workers time to time
